Eleanor leads the firm's flagship disputes and arbitration practice.
She acts for trading and investment businesses in HKIAC arbitration, in the enforcement of awards and judgments between the Mainland, Hong Kong and offshore centres, and in matters before the new International Commercial Court — always alongside locally licensed firms where Hong Kong proceedings are involved.
She is known for candid merits assessments: if we do not see a route to recovery, she will say so before you spend.
